Gelungene Premiere von “Superman Tonight” bei Wetten, dass …?

Eine Ballade die unter die Haut geht kann man von Bon Jovi schon erwarten. Es war lange her, dass ich Jon Bon Jovi und Band gesehen habe und das lange Warten hat sich tatsächlich gelohnt. Ohne es jetzt böse zu meinen war ich froh zu sehen, dass auch Jon Bon Jovi älter geworden ist. In den vergangenen zehn Jahren konnte man ja beinahe glauben, dass sein Gesicht nicht in unserer Zeit lebt. Er wirkte älter aber frisch, irgendwie reifer.

Rockballaden sind echt die wahre Stärke von Bon Jovi. “Superman Tonight” ist ein gefühlvoller Ohrwurm der Lust macht auf das Album. Die Bühne war für Wetten, dass …? Verhältnisse recht dürftig gestaltet, aber Bon Jovi benötigen auch keine große Deko um zu beeindrucken.

Als es dann gemeinsam mit Thomas Gottschalk auf die Couch ging, da zeigte sich Thomas schon etwas neidisch auf das kreischen der Mädels welches bei Bon Jovi anscheinend auch in zwanzig Jahren nicht enden will.
